Here is a prayer we have been sharing in Collective Worship this week;
Creator God, we are sorry for
spoiling your beautiful world.
Please help us to be more thoughtful and
responsible in the future.
Give us the courage to speak
up and ask for policies and programmes to change so that society and businesses
become less wasteful.
We give thanks for those who
campaign and discover new ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.
We think about the animals and people whose
lives are directly affected by pollution and climate change, help us to
remember that we are citizens of the whole world and our actions can make an
impact on others.
