Observations
This week myself and Miss Smith have had the pleasure of observing the teaching and learning in each class throughout school. Unfortunately, we didn't get the opportunity to take many photographs as we were so engrossed, listening to discussions and talking to the children about their learning. However, both Me and Miss Smith want to say a bit thank you to the children and staff for making us feel welcome and for being so talkative about the great things you get up to in your classes.

School Sports
Yesterday, Clayton, Jessica W, Jessica H and Finlay went to Allerton Bywater Primary School to learn actively about being a play leader and about leading sports and playtime games and activities back in school. During the afternoon, they each used their sportsmanship skills and coaching abilities to work with children from other Brigshaw Partnership Schools. The coaches and teachers leading the session complemented all four on their their learning attitude and skill.
After school yesterday 10 KS2 children went up to Brigshaw High School to take part in the BLP Netball league matches. All the other teams were made up of just Y6 children, and it was clear they had had lots of practise! if you don't win you learn... Well done team, your team spirit was outstanding.
